Before the formal steps
Day One is our opportunity to meet face-to-face, get to know each other, and gain a clear understanding of your vision. We'll discuss your goals for the project, the reasons behind it, your lifestyle, timeline, budget, design preferences, and any questions or concerns you may have.
We'll also provide honest feedback on feasibility, identify potential opportunities or challenges, and explain what the journey ahead looks like. By the end of our first meeting, you'll have a better understanding of the process, and we'll have the foundation needed to determine the best path forward together.
The KyteCon process
In your first meeting with KyteCon, a welcoming and insightful conversation focused on your needs will take place. This meeting's goal is to gain clarity on your vision, discuss possible challenges, consider the solutions, and outline the next steps for a fruitful collaboration.
Depending on the scope of your project, budget, and needs, we will start to assemble a skilled team of architects, engineers, and designers. Once we've completed your drawings we can start to prepare the budget for your project. If you already have your own team, we are always open to building new relationships within the industry.
We work alongside the architects and engineers and collaborate with your particular municipality to gain all the necessary permits and approvals on your behalf. This process can take several months depending on the scope of your project and the capacity of the municipality.
During the build portion of the process is where we shine as a company. From the moment we start, to the hand-over of your keys, we excel by maintaining clear, consistent communication. We believe in transparency — this industry already has a stigma, and we like to think we are part of the change for the better. Clear communication combined with a detailed eye for quality and vast knowledge of the industry will give you a level of comfort and confidence in us that will allow for an enjoyable build process.
